I am closing in on my first goal after publishing Waking The Weaver, the 100 copies sold mark! It may not seem like much, but I’m over the moon about it, and for that, I owe you thanks. It’s been a ton of work (even more so after the book was written!) but totally worth it, and I couldn’t have done it without your help. Your interest and enthusiasm for Timberhaven and its citizens have been fantastic. I can’t wait for you to read the next book!
A couple of heads up while I have you here:
I have not one but three appearances down in Springfield, MO over the summer (one of them hasn’t been announced quite yet, but it’s coming!), so keep an eye out for me if you’d like to meet in person. I keep the appearances news updated pretty well, so subscribe to this website and you’ll be in the know for all things Timberhaven!
And subscribers get to be involved in all kinds of contests. I’m not just all talk here. There are even prizes.
And the latest contest has been extended!
If you write a review of Waking The Weaver and post it on Amazon or Goodreads, you’ll be entered into the “Name That Character” contest where the winner gets a free spatula! It’s the one I use to make Saturday morning pancakes.
I’m kidding.
You get to name a character, an actual citizen of Timberhaven, who will be named in my next book Monsters In The Park. So far I’ve had wild suggestions (that may need some tweaking if said person wins as these books aren’t of the S&M variety. You know who you are.) and some heart-achingly sweet (immortalizing a loved one’s name) but I’m open to working with whatever you as the winner pick, so read your copy of Waking The Weaver and get that review in by the end of August!
I’ve got nothing but love for you who’ve bought a copy of my book and are going on this adventure through Timberhaven with me (81 and counting!). And if you haven’t snagged a copy yet, I still think you’re pretty cool.
Come see me this summer!
